Hello Friend,

I’m Lauren, a 34 year old mompreneur based in New York City. I’ve lived in New York my whole life. I’m Peruvian, Polish and a first generation American. I started my first business 10 years ago and I recently became a mom to my daughter after 5 years of infertility.

I’m the type of person that wears many hats. I love to do a lot of different things and I have many interests. I can be extraverted yet introverted and I spend most of my days with my husband, daughter and Yorkie. When I’m not with my family, I’m traveling for a destination wedding, or dreaming of my next wedding design.

I’ve had an unexpected, pretty incredible 10 year career in the weddings industry. I started as a bride, became a day of wedding planner, then started my own wedding planning business within 15 months. In 2018, just 3 years after I incorporated LLG, I created the Event Design and Production curriculum at New York University. I was 28 and never built a curriculum in my life but here I was signing a contract with the Tisch Center of Hospitality. I’ve taught over 150 students, mentored them into their first jobs and secured several as LLG’s elite talent.

I produced the first international, destination wedding in Bora Bora, pioneering wedding tourism in the region. My wedding content and coverage helped them convert the 17 weddings that came after me. I’ve secured $2M in travel sponsorships in exchange for my content creation and storytelling capabilities. I used my ability to secure sponsorships to help my pro-bono wedding clients. Across 3 pro-bono couples I secured over $500,000.00 in donations from wedding vendors that helped them create their dream wedding day.
